  6. INFORMATION:   A "directory entry" (NetWare 286 or 386) can be a directory
  7.                name, subdirectory name, filename or trustee list.  The
  8.                default number of directory entries is 4 blocks plus 1 block
  9.                for every 2MB of volume size.
  10.  
  11.                Example:  40MB hard drive = 20 + 4  = 24 blocks
  12.  
  13.                A directory entry is 32 bytes long.  The default block size
  14.                is 4096 bytes.  Therefore, there are 128 directory entries
  15.                per block (4096 / 32 = 128).

  19.                24 blocks * 128 entries per block = 3072 default entries.
